1201 Spring Garden

1201 Spring Garden is the first ground up project and will be a mixed use building including 13,000 SF of retail on the ground floor and 46 apartments above with 13 parking spaces artfully hidden at the street level. 1201 Spring Garden’s corner location on a major corridor is a prominent location for a building with a striking design. Artists Jessie + Katey (design duo who painted “Folding the Prism” on 1217 Spring Garden have been engaged to bring their fun and colorful designs into the new building to be constructed next door.

741 Spring Garden

This mixed use building will house 146 residential units, 29 parking spots, 72 bike spaces, a roof deck, and a green roof. A 3,361 square foot commercial space will be located on the corner of 8th and Spring Garden. Estimated project completion Spring 2023.

601 Spring Garden

Arts + Crafts Holdings Announces their latest acquisition and redevelopment project at 601 Spring Garden Street. This project, the latest in their effort to transform the vacant industrial buildings around Spring Garden Street, within a federal opportunity zone. 

The corner property has already undergone substantial renovations. As their new HQ, they will implement additional design standards such as biophilia features and anti-microbial paint, a new building standard they are adopting with all new projects.
