In Vietnam and the Philippines, you will always see groups of people seated outside throughout the day, even when it's hot and humid outside, eating their favorite street foods with an ice cold beer. We're bringing this beautiful scene to you at Philly's fair chance brewery, Triple Bottom Brewery in Spring Arts!

Gỏi Gà và Tôm - Chilled Vietnamese salad with shredded chicken and fresh jumbo shrimp, tossed in a homemade sweet and citrusy fish sauce vinagrette.
Arroz Caldo - A hearty chicken and rice soup similar to congee seasoned with lots of ginger, garlic and saffron. Topped with fried shallots, egg and green onions. Served with fresh limes and chili oil.
Adobo Silog - Garlic rice topped with chicken sauteed in Not Your Mama's Adobo sauce, quail eggs and fresh slices of tomato and cucumber. Served with a patis-calamansi vinaigrette.
