Southeast Asian Street Food with Càphê Roasters + Tita Emmie's

Join Càphê Roasters and Tita Emmie's for a Southeast Asian Street Food inspired brunch on Saturday, March 14th from 10am-12:30pm! DJ JRIP will be setting the vibes with your favorite throwback jamz - think Biggie, Lauryn Hill, Jeremy Passion, Aaliyah, + more!

In Vietnam and the Philippines, you will always see groups of people seated outside throughout the day, even when it's hot and humid outside, eating their favorite street foods with an ice cold beer. We're bringing this beautiful scene to you at Philly's fair chance brewery, Triple Bottom Brewery in Spring Arts!

*50 tickets are available for purchase - first come, first serve. However, we'll have a waitlist, so keep an eye out for an email from us to claim your ticket!

Menu:

  • Gỏi Gà và Tôm - Chilled Vietnamese salad with shredded chicken and fresh jumbo shrimp, tossed in a homemade sweet and citrusy fish sauce vinagrette.

  • Arroz Caldo - A hearty chicken and rice soup similar to congee seasoned with lots of ginger, garlic and saffron. Topped with fried shallots, egg and green onions. Served with fresh limes and chili oil.

  • Adobo Silog - Garlic rice topped with chicken sauteed in Not Your Mama's Adobo sauce, quail eggs and fresh slices of tomato and cucumber. Served with a patis-calamansi vinaigrette.
