Cast your vote as four of Philadelphia's slickest bartenders do battle with their best Woodford Reserve Bourbon cocktail and help raise funds to support the PSPCA’s Outreach Program, which brings resources and services to low-income communities in need throughout Philadelphia. The Outreach Program helps more pets stay in forever homes with their families.
