Our Focus

As we look back on the evolution of a neighborhood, we simultaneously look ahead to the new Arts + Crafts Holdings. As the City changes around us, we remain committed to our foundations; honoring the past, amplifying the present and planning for the future- seeing the neighborhood as more than a sum of its parts.  

The new Arts + Crafts, ramping up for the second phase of neighborhood evolution, is a meditation on urbanist ideals and creative placemaking. Since inception, our investment has been planting roots in a post-industrial pocket and has made its fundamental philly-ness its north star. As vacant factory buildings lease up with creative companies, tech startups and arts organizations, we reroot ourselves in our founding principles to weave together communities once disconnected within the urban fabric.
