We work closely with City and Commonwealth officials to maximize impact and align our projects with larger infrastructure plans weaving this post-industrial area back into the City’s fabric.  

Our Spring Arts project has activated and changed the experience on both sides of Spring Garden Street bringing it to the crux between creative placemaking and creating economic value within our City. The project promotes a community of small businesses in a vibrant urban district comprised of multiple mixeduse properties.
