Mike has worked for Arts + Crafts from its inception in 2015 and has been an invaluable member of our team, consistently demonstrating his ability to lead while concurrently showing his commitment as a team member in supporting all areas of our business.  

During his time with our development group, Mike has played a key role in catalyzing the growth of our construction efforts while overseeing and delivering continuous development.  He assembled and cultivated our construction staff and has been integral in the creation of our general contracting group, ACGC.

Mike works closely with our general partners in guiding our business practices and driving for excellence in risk management, communication, and profitability throughout construction, development, and general operations.  

Michael previously worked for Gilbane, a national and local construction management company.  While at Gilbane, Michael completed several projects including commercial, R&D, healthcare, and complex high-rise residential construction.  Michael received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Architectural Engineering + Construction Management from Penn State University.
