Prior to joining Arts and Crafts Holdings, Jazmine worked as a Development Associate for Urbane Development in New York City. Jazmine spearheaded economic impact studies of the ‘design economy’ on urban revitalization in the rust belt and conducted project underwriting and pro forma development for creative mixed-use affordable housing projects. Prior to working with Urbane Development, Jazmine worked as an analyst for HR&A. At HR&A she focused her efforts on governance strategies for urban parks departments and case study reports on Transit Oriented Development best practices. Jazmine has a passion for creative and environmentally sustainable place-making strategies. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and holds a Master of Forestry and Master of Business Administration from Yale University.
